About the assignment

At Novare, we are proud and approved suppliers under the Swedish government framework agreement. We are now seeking an HR generalist for an agency in Stockholm.

As an HR consultant at the agency, you will work with selection, interviews, and personnel administration. You will also handle the agency's functional mailbox. Your role is broad, and you are expected to support managers and colleagues where needed. The role is varied with a focus on administration and HR.

We are looking for someone who is curious and cooperative. You have strong communication skills, can work independently, and take initiative.

Requirements for the position

• University degree, for example in Human Resources or equivalent, and at least three (3) years of work experience in a similar role. Alternatively, a high school diploma or equivalent combined with five (5) years of work experience as an HR generalist or similar.
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent software.
• Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Heroma, Primula, etc.).
• Knowledge of recruitment tools (e.g., ReachMee, etc.).
• Good understanding of laws and regulations within the HR field.
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.
• Good command of English in both speech and writing.

Assignment period and scope

The assignment is at 80% with an immediate start upon agreement. The position lasts for approximately four months with the possibility of extension. The location is at the agency in central Stockholm, with some remote work options available.
